AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE J OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF SOUTH TEN MILE DRIVE, HOGAN
AND FLORA DRIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J of Section 18-401 of the Code of the
Catty of Jefferson is hereby amended by prohibiting parking as
follows:
South Ten Mile Drive - on the east side for a distance of 90
feet south of the south edge of pavement of Country Club
Drive.
South Ten Mile Drive - on the west side from a point 90 feet
south of the south edge of pavement of Country Club Drive to
the dead end.
Hogan - on the west side for a distance of 430 feet south of
the south edge of pavement of Country Club Drive.
Hogan - on the south and east side from South lien Mile Drive
r to a point 430 feel south of the south edge of pavement of
Country Club Drive.
Flora -- on thA south side of Flora Drive from Tanner Bridge
Road to Christy.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
