M zo sc-)12- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED TO LINCOLN UNIVERSITY TO CORRECT A SURVEYOR'S ERROR IN THE ORIGINAL DEED. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a warranty deed conveying property to Lincoln University. Said deed shall be substantially the same in form and content as the deed attached hereto as Exhibit A. Section 2. The deed authorized herein is being executed to correct a surveyor's error in the original deed conveying the tract of land from Lincoln University to the City of Jefferson, Missouri. The deed hereby authorized shall only be executed and delivered to Lincoln University upon the execution and delivery of a deed from Lincoln University to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, conveying the correct tract of land. Said deed shall be substantially the same in form and content as the deed attached hereto as Exhibit B. ® Section 3.
