ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE SEWER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
FUND AND BY INCREASING ESTIMATED REVEYQUES FROM FEDERAL AND STATE
GRANTS FOR THE ROCK BEACON SEWER PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Sewer
Capital Improvement Fund $281, 600 for Account No. 31-99-511SC
Rock Beacon Sewer 111:f.-oject.
Section 2. The Federal Grants Revenue .Account is hereby
amended by increasing the estimated revenues for Account No. 31-
00-331A by $193, 600.
Section 3. The State Grant Revenue Account is hereby
amended by increasing the estimated revenues for Account No. 31-
00-335A by $88,000.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
