AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE J OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
PROHl'BITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF TANNER BRIDGE ROAD AND EAST
MCCARTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J of Section 18-401 of the Code of the
City of Jefferson is hereby amended by prohibiting parking at all
times as follows:
Tanner Bridge Road - the east side from a point 140 feet
south of the south curb of Peachtree to 40 feet north of the
north curb of Peachtree on east side.
East McCarty - the north side from a point 180 feet east of
the east curb of Madison to a point 202 feet east of the
east curb of Madison.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
