The High School Commons’ 6-foot social distancing Occupancy Capacity is 33. The Council Members and staff who are anticipated to be in attendance is 8. The first 25 persons who appear will be allowed to be present in the meeting location. Masks and Social distancing will be enforced. All other persons may be in attendance virtually. To ensure that the Council receives all comments prior to the meeting, all comments must be submitted prior to 3:00 pm on October 21, 2021. PUBLIC HEARING AB 21-251 Request to Approve Minor Plat Amendment SUB-21-03 at 1502 Mill Road for the Mill Park Condominiums Owner’s Association (ACTION ITEM) PUBLIC HEARING TESTIMONY – HOW TO SUBMIT COMMENTS The public may attend in person to make public testimony; however, due to limited space, public testimony submitted in writing prior to the meeting is strongly encouraged. Only 25 members of the public will be invited into the meeting space at one time. Those who make their comment in person will need to exit after commenting for others to have the opportunity to make testimony. Masks will be required, and social distancing will be enforced. To ensure that the Council receives all comments prior to the meeting, written comments must be submitted prior to 3:00 pm on October 21, 2021 on the City’s website at https://www.mccall.id.us/packets.
