AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING THE NORTHEASTERLY 34.3 ACRES OF
THE SCHOTTHILL WOODS SUBDIVISION FROM RA-2 (MULTI-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL) TO PUD ( PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RA-2 (multi-family residential) to PUD ( Planned Unit
Development) :
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter,
part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter,
and part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter,
all in Section 21, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, in
the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri; being
more particularly described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21; thence N 820
59 ' 50" E along the Quarter Quarter Section Line,
5418. 60 feet to the West Line of a public road; thence
leaving the Quarter Quarter Section Line and
Northwesterly along the West Line of said public road
the following courses : N 310 22 ' 23" W, 47 . 13 feet; N
15° 44 ' 20" W, 124 . 39 feet; N 36° 54 ' 15" W, 131 .06
feet; N 500 11 ' 26" W, 125.22 feet to the South Line of
the Adrian et al. Tract as described in Book 161, Page
279, in Book 174, Page 646, and in Book 178, Page 259,
all of -the Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence
leaving the Westerly Line of said public road and along
the Southerly and Westerly Lines of the said Adrian et
al Tract the following courses : S 860 24 ' 52 " W,
614 .70 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING for this
description; thence N 590 01' 55" W, 602 .81 feet; N 030
38 ' 05" E, 206. 80 feet to the Northwest corner of the
said Adrian et al Tract and the Southerly Line of U. S.

Highway 50-63; thence Northwesterly along the Southerly
Line of said U. S. Highway 50-63 the following courses:
N 820 26 ' 40" W, 900.66 feet; N 86° 11 ' 24" W, 576.09
feet; on a curve to the right having a radius of
2994 .93 feet, a distance of 550.98 feet; thence leaving
said Southerly Line of said U. S. Highway 50-63 on a
bearing of S 14° 151 00" W, 415.00 feet; thence S 000
00' 00" W, 565.00 feet; thence N 74° 03' 10" E, 700.00
feet; thence N 89° 34 ' 19" E, 1943.84 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing in all, 34 . 33 acres.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
