AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE SEWER OPERATING FUND FOR
THE FINAL SETTLEMENT ON COLE JUNCTION PROJECT FROM THE UNAPPRO-
PRIATED FUND BALANCE OF THE SEWER OPERATING FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
Sewer Operating Fund $16,836 for Account No. 64-64-408CJ Cole
Junction Project.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the Sewer
Operating Fund $16,836 from unappropriated fund balance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
