AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF STADIUM WEST PROPERTIES - SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF ALL OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER, PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER,
AND PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF
SECTION 11 , TOWNSHIP 44 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST, AND A REPLAT OF
LOTS ]. THRU 64 AND PART OF LOT 65, ALL OF WIMBLEDON DRIVE AND
WESTMINISTER DRIVE, AND PART OF HYDE PARK ROAD OF "JORDAN TOWNE
SUBDIVISION - SECTION 1" , A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Stadium West Properties , a Missouri Partnership,
Larry F. Beck, Partner, owner of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
All of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter,
part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter,
and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 11, Township 44 North, Range 12
West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, including all of Lots 1 thru 64 and part of
Lot 65, all of Wimbledon Drive and Westminister Drive,
and part of Hyde Park Road of "Jordan Towne Subdivision
- Section 1" , per plat of record in Plat Book 11 , Page
60, Cole County Recorder' s Office, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginninc; at the northwest corner of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 11;
thence S 050 48' 10" E, along the Section Line, 1371 .98
feet , to the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 11; thence N
85° 31 ' 02" E, along the Quarter Quarter Section Line,
1383.92 feet to the southeast corner of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 11;
thence S 060 17' 50" E, along the Quarter Quarter
Section Line, 191 .70 feet to a point on the southerly
line of a tract described by deed of record in Book
279, Page 994 , Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence
along the southerly line of said tract the following
courses : N 370 34 ' 11" E, 119.50 feet; thence N 280
04 ' 10" E, 261.07 feet; thence N 780 24' 12" E, 108.72

feet to a point on the westerly line of Stadium West
Boulevard; thence leaving the southerly line of said
tract described in Book 279, Page 994 , N 18° 27' 41" E,
along the westerly line of Stadium West Boulevard,
325.94 feet; thence northerly, along the westerly line
of Stadium West Boulevard, on a curve to the left ,
having a radius of 1223.24 feet , a distance of 814.49
feet to the southeasterly corner of a tract described
by deed of record in Book 280, Page 388, Cole County
Recorder' s, Office; thence along the boundary of said
tract the following courses: S 73° 32 ' 25" W, 135.02
feet; thence N 620 12 ' 31" W, 134.38 feet; thence N 040
02 ' 01" W, 92 .57 feet to a point on the north line of
the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said
Section 11; thence leaving the boundary of said tract,
S 850 57' 59" W, along the Quarter Section Line, 313.84
feet to the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 11; thence S
850 41 ' 55" W, along the Quarter Section Line, 1372 .22
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been drily and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Stadium West Properties - Section One, a
subdivision of all of the northwest quarter of the southwest
quarter, part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter,
and part of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of
Section 11 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West, and a r_eplat of
Lots 1 thru 64 and part of Lot 65, all of Wimbledon Drive and
Westminister Drive, and part of Hyde Park Road of "Jordan Towne
Subdivision - Section 1" , that all taxes have been paid, and that
in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled
"Plats" have been fully complied with by the owner of said
subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied
with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Stadium West Properties - Section One, a
subdivision of all of the northwest quarter of the southwest
quarter, part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter,
and part of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of
Section 11, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, and a replat of ,

Lots X thru 64 and part of Lot 65 , all of Wimbledon Drive and
Westministsr Drive, and part of Hyde Park Road of "Jordan Towne
Subdivision - Section 1" , lying, being and situated within the
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by
the said plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance,
is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
