AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF FOXBORO SUBDIVISION - SECTION TWO, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Ken Vaughan Construction Company, Inc. , Kenneth
Vaughan, President, owner of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 8, Township 44 North, Range 12 West ,
in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri,
more particularly described as follows:
From the Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section; thence N 06° 18'
48" E, along the Section Line 100.00 feet to the
northeasterly corner of Lot No. 41 of Foxboro
Subdivision - Section 1, as per plat of record in Plat

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Foxboro Subdivision - Section 2 , that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Foxboro Subdivision - Section 2 , lying, being
and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.

SUBDIVISION PLATS
RE: Request submitted by Central Missouri Professional
Services on behalf of Stadium West Properties, a
Missouri Partnership, for approval of a final plat of
Stadium West Properties , Section One, which is a replat
of that part of Jordan Towne Subdivision - Section One,
located west of Stadium West Boulevard.
Jordan Towne Subdivision has previously been platted into
lots and blocks. Stadium West Properties has acquired that part
of Jordan Towne to the west of Stadium West Boulevard and wish to
change the layout of the lots and blocks .
The above referenced plat is the first step in revising the
layout . The plat has been reviewed by the Departments of
Planning and Code Enforcement and Public Works. The Planning and
Zoning Commission recommended approval of this plat by unanimous
vote on February 12 , 1987 .
RE: A request submitted by Central Missouri Professional
Services on behalf of Ken Vaughan Construction Company,
Inc. , for approval of a Final Plat of Foxboro
Subdivision - Section 2 .
This final plat contains twenty-two lots for single family
dwellings . It is located on South Country Club Drive in the area
which was annexed in 1985. This final plat conforms to the
previously approved preliminary plat . It has been reviewed by
the Departments of Planning and Code Enforcement and Public
Works. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval
of this plat by unanimous vote on May 12 , 1987 .
