AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY ENACTING A NEW
SECTION PROHIBITING THE OPERATION OR RIDING OF CERTAIN UNLICENSED
MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE SIDEWALKS, STREETS AND ROADWAYS IN THE
CITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is
hereby amended by enacting a new section to be known as Section
18-317 which shall read as follows:
Section 18-317. Operation and riding of certain unlicensed
motor vehicles.
It shall be unlawful to operate or ride upon any unlicensed
motor vehicle having three or more wheels on the sidewalks,
streets and roadways in the city.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
