ORDINANCE NO. /0 F6 5—
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF COLONIAL HILLS ESTATES, SECTION NO. 5 , A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Kenneth W. Kauffman and Juanita L. Kauffman, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the
City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 14 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West of the
5th Principal Meridian, Cole County, Missouri, in the
City of Jefferson, being more particularly described as
follows :
Starting at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14; thence
along the north line thereof, N 86° 42 ' 21" W, 855. 16
feet to the place of beginning; thence S 0° 56' W,
160.0 feet; thence S 3° 18' W, 135 . 10 feet; thence N
86° 19 ' E, 50.42 feet; thence S 86° 42 ' 21" E, 160.00
feet; thence S 60 23 ' E, 459.80 feet to the Northwest
Corner of Colonial I•iills Estates Subdivision, Section
No. 1 , as per plat of record in Book 11 , Page 225 , Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence S 1° 13 ' W, 144 .94
feet; thence S 890 31' W, 170.02 feet; thence S 1° 13'
W, 128.91 feet to the Colonial Hills Estates
Subdivision, Section No. 3 , as recorded in Book 11 at
Page 296, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence S 89°
29 ' W, 139 .34 feet; thence N 00 32 ' E, 351.40 feet;
thence N 160 24 ' W, 222 .70 feet; thence N 50 54 ' W,
481 .70 feet to the north line of the aforementioned
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said
Section 14 ; thence with said line, S 86° 42 ' 21" E,
174 .0 feet to the place of beginning.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Par Four Estates , that all taxes have
been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445 , RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the

owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Colonial Hills Estates Subdivision,
Section No. 5 , lying, being and situated within the corporate "
limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
