ORDINANCE NO. 16 86 6'
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF PAR FOUR ESTATES , A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Norvin W. Raithel, owner of the real estate
hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a
plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
Part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 24 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole , Missouri, being more
particularly described as follows :
From the Northeast corner of said Section 24 ; thence S
02° 31' 28" W along the East Line of said Section 24 ,
1283.68 • feet to the Southerly Line of Peachtree Drive,
formerly Hough Park Road; thence leaving the said East
Line of Section 24 on a bearing of N 68° 39 ' 30" W and
along the said Southerly Line of said Peachtree Drive,
620.00 feet to the Northwest corner of a tract conveyed
to Robert L. Hyder and wife, by deed of record in Book
178, Page 565 , of the Cole County Recorder' s Office,
the POINT OF BEGINNING for this description; thence
continuing N 680 39' 30" W along the said Southerly
Line of said Peachtree Drive, 166. 60 feet to the
Easterly Line of Tanner Bridge Road; thence leaving the
Southerly Line of said Peachtree Drive and southerly
along the said Easterly Line of said Tanner Bridge Road
the following courses: S 22° 36' 09" W, 95 .53 feet; on
a curve to the right having a radius of 593. 00 feet, a
distance of 184 . 63 feet (Chord Bearing = S 35° 51.' 48"
W, Chord = 183.88 feet ) to the Northerly Line of Ellis
Boulevard, formerly the Southwest Boulevard Extension;
thence S 15° 27 ' 00" E along said Northerly Line 35.73
feet to a point that is 40 feet left of Ellis Boulevard
centerline Station 38+52 ; thence continuing along the
Northerly Line of said Ellis Boulevard on a bearing of
S 820 27 ' 00" E, 236.26 feet to the southwest corner of
the aforementioned Hyder tract; thence leaving the
Northerly Line of said Ellis Boulevard and northerly
along the Westerly Line of said Hyder tract the
following courses : N 050 26' 42" E, 130.81 feet; N 21°
14 ' 16" E, 120.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Par Four Estates , that all taxes have
been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445 , RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the
owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Par Four Estates , lying, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto and made a
part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
