ORDINANCE NO. 16S 7 7
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE FUND FOR
THE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL EVENTS - CONSTITUTIONAL BICENTENNIAL
COMMITTEE FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE OF THE GENERAL
REVENUE FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Revenue Fund $5,000.00 for Account No. 10-11-242 Special Events
for use by the Constitutional Bicentennial Committee.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Revenue Fund $5,000.00 from unappropriated fund balance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

CERTIFICATION BY MAYOR
