AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF CEDAR RIDGE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Architectural Resources, Inc. , John A. Cooper,
President, owner of the real estate hereinafter described, having
submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 13, Township 44 North, Range 12 West , in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole , Missouri, being more
particularly described as follows :
From the northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of said Section 13; thence S 060
00' 29" E along the Section Line , 469. 65 feet to the
southwest corner of a tract as described in Book 132 ,
Page 329 , of the Cole County Recorder' s Office, the
POINT OF BEGINNING for this description; thence
continuing S 060 00' 29" E along the Section Line,
400.00 feet to the northwest corner of a tract as
described in Book 211 , Page 617, of the Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence leaving the said Section Line
on a bearing of N 83" 51' 19" E and along the northerly
line of the tract described in Book 211, Page 617 ,
918 .1.9 feet to the westerly line of Southwest
Boulevard; thence leaving the northerly line of the
tract described in Book 211, Page 617 and northerly
along the said westerly line of Southwest Boulevard the
following courses : on a curve to the left having a
radius of 370.28 feet, a distance of 81 .06 feet (Chord
Bearing - N 520 53' 40" W, Chord - 80.90 feet ) ; N 590
09' 59" W, 14 .35 feet; on a curve to the right having a
radius of 359 . 63 feet, a distance of 178.88 feet (Chord
Bearing - N 440 55' 01" W, Chord - 177 .04 feet ) to the
southerly line of a tract as described in Book 179,
Page 458, of the Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence
leaving the westerly line of said Southwest Boulevard
on a bearing of S 840 00' 14" W and along the southerly
line of said tract as described in Book 179, Page 458,
111 .04 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence N
05° 36' 16" W along the westerly line of said tract and
the northerly extension of said westerly line, 106.00
feet to the southerly line of a tract as described in

Book 182 , Page 797 , of the Cole County Recorder' s
Office; thence S 840 00' 14" W along the southerly line
of said tract as described in Book 182 , Page 797, 90.00
feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence N 050 36'
16" W along the westerly line of said tract , 90.00 feet
to the northwest corner thereof, said northwest corner
also being on the South Line of the aforementioned
tract as described in Book 132 , Page 329; thence S 84°
00' 14" W along the South Line of said tract, 536.79
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing in all,
6.430 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Cedar Ridge Subdivision, that all taxes
have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with
by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Cedar Ridge Subdivision, lying,
being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

SUBDIVISION PLAT
RE: A request submitted by Architectural Resources, Inc. ,
George Esser, Secretary, for approval of a final plat
of Cedar Ridge Subdivision.
This 6.5 acre subdivision is south of Memorial Community
Hospital. It contains one local street which connects to
Southwest Blvd. , 14 single family residential lots and three
office commercial lots. The subdivision' s proposed sanitary
sewer system can also serve the church to the south and two
existing residences which front on Southwest Blvd.
This final plat conforms to the preliminary plat and to all
of the conditions the Planning Commission imposed on the
preliminary plat. The plat has been reviewed by the Departments
of Planning and Code Enforcement and Public Works. The
Commission, on August 13, 1987, voted to recommend that this
final plat be approved.
