AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE MODAG TRUST FUND FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE OF THE
MODAG TRUST FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the MoDAG
Trust Fund $5,000.00 for Account No. 83-83-306 Professional
Services for a feasibility study for a Civic Center.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the MoDAG
Trust Fund $5,000.00 from unappropriated fund balance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval. /
