ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE T TAXICAB STANDS AND TAXICAB LOADING ZONES OF SECTION
18-401 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON. MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule T (b) , Taxicab Stands and Taxicab
Loading Zones, of Section 18-401 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson is hereby amended by the deletion of the following:
Jefferson Street, on the east side, fifteen feet from the
south curb of Water Street, for a distance of forty feet in a
southerly direction.
Section 2. Schedule T (b) , Taxicab Stands and Taxicab
Loading Zones, is further amended by the addition of the
following:
Jefferson Street, on the east side, beginning at a point
twenty-five feet south of the south curb of Water Street
extending a distance of ten feet (one space) .
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its Passage and approval.
