ORDINANCE NO. 1021s-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE J PARKING PROHIBITED OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY REMOVING CERTAIN PARKING ON KAREN DRIVE
COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE, AND PEACH TREE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J of Section 18-401 of the Code of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of
the following:
Karen Drive - North side from Taylor Street to Riverside
Drive.
Country Club Drive - Both sides from Truman Boulevard east
to the Central Trust Bank entrance for a total distance of
2000 feet.
Peach Tree - South side, in the cul de sac and on the north
side for a distance of 100 feet east of Tannerbridge Road.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the slate of its passage and approval.
