ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
2-48 (a)(1) AND (d) REGULAR OR STANDING COMMITTEES, OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS IT PERTAINS TO THE PUBLIC
WORMS AND PLANNING COMMITTEE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Section 2-48 ( a) ( 1 ) Regular or Standing
Committees, shall be amended by deleting the entire subsection
and enacting a new subsection to read as follows:
( 1 ) Committee on public works and planning, to be
composed of all Council members.
Section 2. Section 2-48 (d) which reads as set out below is
hereby deleted.
(d) Should a member of any standing committee be unable
to attend a committee meeting, it shall be the
responsibility of the member of the committee to
contact his or her alternate to arrange for the
attendance of the alternate at the meeting.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
