ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
2.307 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS IT
PERTAINS TO THE DUTIES OF THE CITY CLERK.
HE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Section 2-307 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, pertaining to the duties of the City Clerk,
is hereby amended by the addition of the following:
The City Clerk is hereby designated as the custodian who is
to be responsible for the maintenance of the records of the
City for purposes of complying with Section 610.023 RSMo.
The City Clerk shall determine the reasonable fees for
providing access to or furnishing copies of the public
records in accord with Section 610.025 RSMo.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in .full force and effect
from an after the date of its passage and approval.
