ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF FOREST GATE SUBDIVISION - SECTION 3 , A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Ken Vaughan Construction Co. , Inc. , Kenneth
Vaughan, President , owner of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 33, Township 45 North, Range 12 West , in the
City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of said Section 33 ; thence N
05' 04' 57" W, along the Section Line, 670.55 feet to
the northeast corner of Forest Gate Subdivision -
Section 1, per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page
209, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence S 85' 01'
11" W, along the north line of said Forest Gate
Subdivision - Section 1, 338.34 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING for this description; thence continuing S 85'
01' 11" W, along the north line of said Forest Gate
Subdivision - Section 1, 455 . 16 feet; thence N 24' 16'
11" E, 446.19 feet; thence S 650 33 ' 19" E, 515.37 feet
to the most northerly corner of a tract described by
deed of record in Book 293 , Page 965 , Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence S 52' 17' 07" W, along the
westerly line of said tract , 251 .71 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING. Containing 3. 35 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Forest Gate Subdivision - Section 3 ,
. that all taxes have been paid, and -that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMa, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The plat of Forest Gate Subdivision - Section 3,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance , is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
