FOR THE 1998-1999 LIC~I~SE '£~
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concernin~ Alcoholic Bever-
ages'', as amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by
the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State
of New 3ersey, applications have been made by the undersigned in due and
proper form and have paid the necessary fees therefore; and
~Ft{]~EAS, no objections have been made as to any of the applications made
for renewal by the undersigned.
NOW, Ilt~llEFORE, BE ITAND IT ISHER~BYRESOLV~D, by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New 3ersey, that
a Plenary Retail Consumption, or a Plenary Retail Distribution, or a Club
License be granted and issued to the person, persons, partnerships, cor-
porations or clubs, as herein set out below; and
BE rrmu'mmmvm, that the Mtmicipai Clerk be and is hereby author-
ized and directed to issue Alcoholic Beverage Licenses to the applicants
listedbelow, in accordance with the applications heretofore made and
approved, having said A.B.C. Licenses become effective July 1, 1998 and
to expire June 30, 1999;
BE IT FURTtlERRESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded, with original applications and proper fees, to the State
of New Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau,
CN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
Adopted the 18th day of June, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
