AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE A, SUBSECTION ( f) (30 MPH) AND (d) (40 MPH) OF SECTION
18-401 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO A
PORTION OF ELLIS BOULEVARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule A (f) (30 MPH) of Section 18-401 of the
Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
adding the following:
Ellin Boulevard - From Tanner Bridge Road to Route 54
Section 2. Schedule A (d) (40 MPH) of Section 18-401 of the
Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
deleting the following:
Ellis Boulevard - From Tanner Bridge Road to Route 54
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
