AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE M PARKING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN TIMES OF SECTION 18-401
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON A
PORTION OF MARSHALL STREET AND JACKSON STREET
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule M of Section 18-401 of the Code of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended as follows:
(h) Between the Hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Marshall Street - From a point beginning along the west curb
200 feet north of the north curb of Franklin and continuing
along the street, around the cul-de-sac and continuing along
the east curb to Franklin.
(£) Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Jackson Street - Along the east curb beginning at a point 33
feet south of the south curb of Franklin extending south a
distance of 242 feet.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
