ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY AMENDING SECTION 26-1
(DEFINITIONS AND ABBREVIATIONS) AND 26-96 (SPECIFIC POLLUTANT
LIMITATIONS) CONCERNING DISCHARGE OF WASTE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 26-1 (Definitions and Abbreviations)
shall be amended by the addition of the term "Nondomestic
Wastewater" . Nondomestic Wastewater shall be defined as all
discharges other than cooling water and domestic waste.
Section 2. Section 26-96 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the deletion thereof
and enactment of a new section pertaining to the same subject.
This new section shall read as follows:
No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged
wastewater to the POTW containing concentrations in excess
of the limitations as set forth for the following
substances:

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
