ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE P (A) (TWO HOUR PARKING) OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY ADDING PORTIONS OF WEST MCCARTY
STREET AND BROOKS STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule P (a) (Two Hour Parking) of Section 18-
401 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by adding the following locations:
West McCarty Street - the south side of the 1000 block
beginning at a point eleven feet seven inches from the west
curb of Brooks Street and extending west a distance of forty
feet.
Brooks Street - the west side of the 400 block thereof
beginning a distance of twenty feet from the south curb of
West McCarty and extending south a distance of twenty-five
feet.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and Wafter the date of its passage and approval./
