ORDINANCE NO. 116 7G V
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF EAST HAVENWOOD ESTATES, SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JFFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Elbert H. Raithel, Leana Raithel, Gilbert F.
Ortmeyer and Virginia M. Ortmeyer, owners of the real estate
hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a
plat of said real estate , being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the West Half of the Northwest Fractional
Quarter of Section 22 , Township 44 North, Range 11
West, and the South 60.0 feet of Lot No. 7 of Capitol
View Heights Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4,
Page 86, Cole County Recorder' s office , in the City of
Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, and being more
particularly described as follows :
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the West Half of
the Northwest Fractional Quarter of Section 22; thence
N 860 18' 00" E, along the south line of Private Survey
No. 2701, 503.00 feet; thence S 24° 40' 00" W, 331 .00
feet; thence S 13° 53' 38" E, 227 .00 feet; thence S 610
24 ' 38" W, 438.28 feet to a point on the West Line of
said Section 22; thence N 02° 44' 39" W, along the
Section Line, 301 .79 feet to the southeast corner of
Lot No. 7 of Capitol View Heights Subdivision; thence S
86° 28' 23" W, along the south line of said Lot No. 7,
313.80 feet to the easterly line of Capitol View Drive;
thence northerly along the easterly line of said
Capitol View Drive on a curve to the left, having a
radius of 455. 39 feet , a distance of 60.06 feet; thence
N 860 28' 23" E, 315 .99 feet to a point on the west
line of the aforesaid Section 22; thence N 02° 44 ' 39"
W, along the Section Line, 337 .43 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING. Containing 6.03 acres .
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners. of said subdivision,
known and referred to as East Havenwood Estated, Section One,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445 , RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in

all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The plat of East Havenwood Estates , Section One,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
