ORDINANCE NO. G 1
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE T TAXICAB STANDS AND TAXICAB LOADING ZONES OF SECTION
18-401 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY DELETING A PORTION
OF EAST MILLER STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule T, Taxicab Stands and Taxicab Loading
Zones, of Section 18-401 of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby amended by deleting a taxicab loading zone as
follows:
East Miller Street - North side of 300 block of East Miller
Street beginning at a point 30 feet crest of the west curb of
Adams Street west for a distance of 40 feet.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
