O 7 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING AND ABUTTING PEACH TREE DRIVE IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SAID ROADWAY. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting Peach Tree Drive in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of said roadway, the sum of $10,531. 65 as the total costs of the improvement of said roadway, amounting to 1,404.22 front feet; the cost price per front foot is $7. 50 per front foot on property which had no existing curb and gutters. Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said roadway, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $7.50 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway, and contained in such lot or piece of dft ground fronting or abutting said improved roadway. Section 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on each side of said roadway and the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting said roadway and the cost price per foot for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and assessed as special tax for said improvement against each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said roadway is listed as follows: Lee Allan Murphy and Joyce A. Murphy, husband and wife; Owners of property described as follows: Part of Lots Nos. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, in Block No. 2, and part of Lots Nos. 1, 2, and 3, in Block No. 3, of Club Heights Subdivision, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, per plat of record in Plat Book 4, page 26, Cole County Recorder's Office, and more particularly described as follows: From the southeasterly corner of said Lot No. 3, in Block No. 3, of Club Heights Subdivision; thence westerly along the northerly line of Peach Tree Drive, 19. 5 feet, to the beginning point of this description; thence continuing westerly along said northerly line, 78 feet; thence northerly parallel with the westerly line of Lot No. 1, 200.0 feet; thence easterly parallel with the northerly line of Peach Tree Drive, 78 feet, to a point 19.5 feet westerly from the easterly line of said Lot No. 3; thence southerly parallel with the easterly line of said Lot No. 3, 200.0 feet, to the beginning point of this description. ALSO: An undivided one-twelfth interest in a Reserve Area, to be known as Golf Course Estates Park Area, and being the Reserved Area and the northerly 61 .0 feet of Lots Nos. 1 to 18,inclusive, in Block No. 3, of Club Heights Subdivision, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, per plat of record in Plat Book 4, page 26, Cole County Recorder' s Office. Assessment: 78.0 feet at $7. 50 per foot = $585.00 Gary F. Weimholt and Vicky L. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out special tax bills in favor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the above mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work in accordance with the Ordinance of said City in regard to said work.
