AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AMENDING THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON BY ADDING AN ADDITIONAL DEFINITION TO SECTION
18 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC SUBSECTION (1) DEFINITIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 18-1 (Definitions) of Chapter 18 (Motor
Vehicles and Traffic) is hereby amended by the addition of the
following definition:
Drive, driving, operates, operating: Physically driving or
operating or being in actual physical control of a motor
vehicle.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
