AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE M (PARKING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN TIMES) OF SECTION 18-
401 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF A
NEW SUBSECTION AS IT PERTAINS TO MARSHALL STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule M (Parking Prohibited at Certain Times)
of Section 18-401 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
is hereby amended by creating a new subsection (o) Between 7:00
a.m. and 5:00 p.m. , Monde -Friday, and adding the following to
the same:
Marshall Street - From a point beginning along the west curb
200 feet north of the north curb of Franklin and continuing
along the street, around the cul-de-sac and continuing along
the east curb to Franklin.
Section 2. Schedule M (Parking Prohibited at Certain Times)
® (h) Between the Hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. , of Section 18-
401 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the deletion of the following:
Marshall Street - From a point beginning along the west curb
200 feet north of the north curb of Franklin and continuing
along the street, around the cul-de-sac and continuing along
the east curb to Franklin.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its date of passage and approval.
