AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF FOXBORO SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Ken Vaughan Construction Company, Inc. , Kenneth
Vaughan, President , owner of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 8, Township 44 North, Range 12 West , in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence N 060
18' 48" W, along the Section Line, 100.00 feet to the
northeasterly corner of Lot 41 of Foxboro Subdivision,
Section 1 , as per plat of record in Plat Book 11 , Page
308, Cole County Recorder' s Office and the POINT OF
BEGINNING for this description; thence N 61° 45 ' 43" W,
along the northeasterly boundary of said Foxboro
Subdivision, Section 1, 494 . 31 feet to the
southeasterly corner of Lot 42 of Foxboro Subdivision,
Section 2 , as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page
354 , Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence along the
boundary of said Foxboro Subdivision, Section 2 , the
following courses : N 18` 05 ' 26" E, 193. 08 feet;
thence N 090 22 ' 28" E, 60. 70 feet; thence N 09° 01'
06" E, 191.94 feet; thence N 800 25' 21" E, 136.00 feet
to a point on the boundary of a tract described by deed
of record in Book 288, Page 131 , Cole County Recorder' s
Office; thence leaving the boundary of Foxboro
Subdivision, Section 2 , S 490 24 ' 15" E, along the
boundary of the tract described in Book 288, Page 131,
65.00 feet; thence N 830 41 ' 12" E, along the boundary
of the tract described in Book 288, Page 131 , 80.00
feet to a point on the east line of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the aforesaid
Section 8; thence S 06° 18' 48" E, along the Section
Line, 660. 00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 4 . 36 acres .

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Foxboro Subdivision, Section 3, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied
with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. The plat of Foxboro Subdivision, Section 3,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance , is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
