AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION - SECTION 16, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Frank Landwehr Trust , Frank J. Landwehr, Trustee,
and Mildred A. Landwehr, Trustee, owner of the real estate
hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a
plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16 , Township
44 North, Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole
County, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows :
From the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section 16; thence N 830 26' 03" E, along the
Section Line, 650.86 feet to the southeasterly corner
of Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 11 , as per plat
Adh of record in Plat Book 11, Page 62 , Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence along the eastern boundary of
said Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 11, the
following courses : N 060 33' 57" W, 115.00 feet;
thence N 830 26 ' 03" E, 18.92 feet; thence N 060 33'
57" W, 169. 76 feet; thence N 130 06 ' 10" W, 118. 07
feet; thence easterly on a curve to the left having a
radius of 426.01 feet , a distance of 80.92 feet ; thence
N 230 59' 08" W, 258. 30 feet; thence N 04° 28 ' 54" W,
193.24 feet to the southwest corner of Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 14 , as per plat of record in Plat
Book 11, Page 323, Cole County Recorder' s Office;
thence leaving the easterly line of Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 11, along the boundary of Landwehr
Hills Subdivision, Section 14 , the following courses:
N 840 51' 58" E, 334 .49 feet; thence N 730 29 ' 33" E,
160.69 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING for this
description; thence N 03° 54 ' 53" W, 524 .59 feet;
thence leaving the boundary of Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 14 , N 84 ° 32 ' 35" E, 211. 99 feet;
thence N 790 47 ' 32" E, 163 .57 feet; thence S 040 17'
54" E, 337 .18 feet; thence S 130 44 ' 25" W, 205 . 61 feet
to a point on the northern boundary of Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 13, as per plat of record in Plat
Book 11, Page 176, Cole County Recorder' s Office;

Hills Subdivision, Section 13, the following courses :
N 890 40' 23" W, 170. 30 feet; thence S 000 19' 37" W,
9.76 feet; thence S 78° 57' 14" W, 144 .96 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 4. 32 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision
known and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision - Section 16,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The plat of Landwehr Hills Subdivision - Section
16 , lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached
hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

STAFF REPORT
ON LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION - SECTION 16
RE: Request filed by Central Missouri Professional Services on behalf
of the Frank Landwehr Trust , Frank J. and Mildred A.• Landwehr,
Trustees , for approval of a final plat of Landwehr Hills
Subdivision - Section 16.
This final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat and meets
all requirements of the Jefferson City Subdivision Regulations . Street and
sewer plans have been approved by the Department of Public Works .
On January 14 , 1988 the Jefferson City Planning and Zoning Commission,
0by unanimous vote , recommended this plat be approved.
