ORDINANCE NO. 10991
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE N (PARKING METER ZONES) OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY DELETING CERTAIN 120 MINUTE
PARKING METER SPACES AND ADDING 10 HOUR PARKING METER SPACES IN
THE SAME AREA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule N (Parking Meter Zones) (a) of Section
18-401 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating
to 120 minute parking meter zones, is hereby amended by deleting
the following:
Capitol Avenue - the south side thereof, between a point
located two hundred and twenty feet west of the west curb of
Jefferson Street and Adams Street.
Section 2. Schedule N (Parking Meter Zones) (a) of Section
18-401 of the City Code is further amended by the addition of the
following:
qV Capitol Avenue - the south side thereof, between a point
located two hundred and twenty feet west of the went curb of
Jefferson Street and Adams Street, except for the two spaces
beginning at a point thirty feet east of the east curb of
Jefferson Street.
Section 3. Schedule N (c) of Section 18-401 of the City
Code, relating to 10 hour parking meter zones, is hereby amended
by the addition of the following:
Capitol Avenue - the south side thereof, beginning at a
point thirty feat east of the east curb of Jefferson Street
for a distance of forty feet (two-spaces) .
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
