ORDINANCE NO. /(0'?AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
SCHEDULE V (HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES) OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY THE ADDITION OF TWO PARKING
SPACES ON CAPITOL AVENUE.
BE IN ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule V (Handicapped Parking Spaces) of
Section 18-401 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is
amended by the addition of the following location:
Capitol Avenue - on the south side of the 100 block
thereof, beginning at a point thirty feet east of the east
curb of Jefferson Street for a distance of forty feet (two.-
spaces) .
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
