AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
18-189 (PENALTY) ARTICLE VI (STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING) AS
IT RELATES TO HANDICAPPED PARKING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 18-189 (Penalty) Article VI (Stopping,
Standing and Parking) is deleted and a new Section 18-189 is
inserted to read as follows:
Section 18-189. Penalty.
Any person violating the provisions of section 18-188 shall
be punished as provided in section 1-13, but shall receive a
minimum fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each violation.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
