AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON BY REZONING A 1.2 ACRE TRACT OF LAND WHICH IS
PART OF OUTLOT NOS. 74 AND 75, TOWNSHIP 44 NORTH, RANGE 11 WEST,
FROM RS-3 TO PUD.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-3 to PUD:
® Part of Outlot Nos. 74 and 75 , Township 44 North, Range
11 West , in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri; being more particularly described as follows :
From the southeast corner of said Outlot No. 75; thence
N 540 02 ' 05" W, along the southerly line of said
Outlot No. 75 , 1961.11 feet ; thence N 35° 42 ' 14" E,
15 .00 feet to the southeast corner of Lot No. 113 of
Hedgewood Heights Subdivision, Block A, as per plat of
record in Plat Book 4 , Page 72 of the Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence continuing N 35° 42 ' 14" E,
along the easterly line of said Hedgewood Heights
Subdivision, 222 . 10 feet; thence N 200 55' 14" E along
the easterly line of said Hedgewood Heights
Subdivision, 440. 00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING for
this description; thence continuing N 20° 55 ' 14" E
along said easterly line, 285.82 feet; thence leaving
said easterly line on a bearing of S 690 04 ' 46" E,
185.00 feet; thence S 200 55 ' 14 " W, 285. 82 feet;
thence N 690 04 ' 46" W, 185. 00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING. Containing in all, 52 , 876.7 square feet
( 1 .214 acres ) .

from and after its passage and approval.
