ORDINANCE NO. 11666
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
SUPPLEMENT AMENDING CONTRACT NO. DTFA09-85-L-10177 DATED APRIL 9,
1985, FOR THE MASTER SITE LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AND THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a written contract supplement to amend the
Master Site Lease, Contract No. DTFA09-85-L-10177 between the
City of Jefferson, Missouri and the U. S . Department of
Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration.
Section Z. A copy of said supplemental contract is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

is hereby amended. by deleting all rights for the
Terminal Very High Frequency Omni—directional Range. (TVOR) as listed in
Articles 11; 12, and the legal description as stated in Article 1 of.the
subject lease.
'All other terms and conditions of Contract No. DTFA09-85—L-10177 shall remain the same.
Supplement No. 2 all become effective August l, 1987 ,
