DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF 2 RAFFLE LICENSES
TO ST. JOSEPH SCHOOL H.S.A.
WHEREAS, two (2) applications have been properly made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret by ST. JOSEPH SCHOOL H.S.A.; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicant is qualified to be licensed and the members
designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members of the applicant;
and
WHEREAS, die applicant has signified that the games will be played in accordance with
Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission's Regulations;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by issuing proper
presentation of applications and fees, of two (2) RAFFLE LICENSES to the applicant;
and
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Commission, P.O. Box 46000, Newark,
New Jersey 07101.

I hereby certify that this Resolution is a true copy of the original
Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey at the Council Meeting on
