AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT
NO. 1 TO THE FAA GRANT AGREEMENT FOR AIR PROJECT 3-29-
0036-01.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute Amendment No. 1 to the FAA Grant Agreement for AIP
Project 3-29-0036-01.
Section 2. A copy of the amendment is attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NUMBER 3-29-0036-01
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the
"FAA") has determined it to be in the interest of the United States that the
Grant Agreement between the FAA, acting for and on behalf of the United States,
and the City of Jefferson City, Missouri, (hereinafter referred to as the
"Sponsor"), accepted by said Sponsor on the 28th day of September, 1982, be
amended as hereinafter provided, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined necessary to amend the description of
development to be accomplished under the project, to change acquisition of
Tract 8 to fee simple in lieu of easement.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the FAA
on behalf of the United States, on the one part, and the Sponsor, on the other
part, do hereby mutually agree that the said Grant Agreement be and hereby is
amended by:
® 1. Deleting the description of development, as it appears on Page 1, and
substituting therefore the following:
"Acquire land in fee (Tracts 5 and 8) and easement
(Tract 7); expand apron (approximately 22,500 s.y.)
including tie downs and lights"
2. Removing the Exhibit A Property Map, dated September 14, 1982, and
substituting therefor the Exhibit A Property Map revised February 15, 1988.
