ORDINANCE NO. /40 L-52-/
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON BY REZONING ALL THAT PART OF LOT- 42 OF
SCHOTTHILL WOODS SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, THAT IS LOCATED NORTH
OF SCHOTTHILL WOODS DRIVE FROM RS-2 ( SINGLE FAMILY) TO C-4
(PLANNED COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-2 to C-4:
qP A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter, Section 21 , Township 44 North, Range
11 West , in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot 42 of the
Schotthill Woods Subdivision - Section One as recorded
in Plat Book 11, Page 145, Cole County, Missouri;
thence westerly along the north line of said Lot 42 , S
860 46' 21" W, 140.52 feet to a point on the east
right-of-way line of Eastland Drive; thence southerly
along the west line of said Lot 42 and the said east
right-of-way line of Eastland Drive, S 040 07 ' 28" E,
80.00 feet to a point on the north right-of-way line of
Schotthill Woods Drive as recorded in Schotthill Woods
Subdivision - Section Two, Plat Book 11 , Page 324 , Cole
County, Missouri; thence easterly along the said north
right-of-way line of Schotthill Woods Drive, N 850 52 '
32" E, 91 . 61 feet to a point; thence along a curve to
the right , the radius which is 322 .90 feet , the chord
bearing being N 89° 42 ' 03" E, a chord length of 43.09
feet and an arc length of 43. 12 feet to a point on the
east line of said Lot 42; thence northerly along the
said east line of Lot 42 , N 000 03 ' 37" E, 88.89 feet
to point of beginning.

SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
