AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
18-153 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO
PROHIBIT THE PARKING OF CERTAIN VEHICLES ON CERTAIN STREETS AND
PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 18-153 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended as follows:
( a) In subpart (d) substitute the words "twenty four
thousand (24,000)" for "twelve thousand (12,000)" as they
appear in that section.
(b) In subpart ( e) substitute the words "twenty four
thousand (24,000)" for "twelve thousand (12,000)" .
(c) Add a new subpart (f) which shall read as follows:
No person in charge or in control of any
® property in any area of the city zoned for
residential use shall park or allow to be
parked any tractor, trailer or tractor-
trailer, or any commercial motor vehicle
licensed for a gross weight in excess of
twenty four thousand (24,000) pounds on such
property.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
