ORDINANCE NO. Z10 33
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SCHEDULE V OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE REGARDING
HANDICAPPED PARKING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule V "Handicapped Parking Spaces" as
referred to in Section 18-401 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, is hereby amended by the deletion of the following
location:
200 Block of Broadway - six spaces on the east side thereof.
Section 2. Schedule V "Handicapped Parking Spaces" as
referred to in Section 18-401 of the City Code, - is further
amended by the addition of the following:
200 Block of Broadway - on the east side thereof, the first
eight metered spaces extending north of the northeast curb
line of High Street.
Jefferson Street - on the east side thereof, the first
designated parking space south of the southeast curb line of
Dunklin Street.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
