ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT WITH
CENTRAL BANK CONCERNING JEFFERSON CITY MANUFACTURING COMPANY,
INC.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a subordination agreement with Central Bank
concerning Jefferson City Manufacturing Company, Inc.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in
form and content as that contract attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

RE: JEFFERSON CITY MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC.
Dear Dave:
We are making a loan with the above referenced company for the
purchase of an air compressor.
Since the pity of Jefferson has a "hereinafter acquired" clause in its
UCC-1 equipment filing, Central Bank is requesting that the City of
Jefferson subordinate its security interest to Central Bank for the
above mentioned new equipment in order•tto allow Central Bank to have a
senior position in said new equipment.
This letter will serve as documentation for our subordination
agreement. If _this is acceptable, please sign below and return in the
enclosed envelope. If any questions arise, you can contact me at
634-1369. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
