AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 2.90 OF THE MOAB MUNCIPAL CODE
REGARDING THE MOAB TEEN CENTER ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.90 of the Moab Municipal Code describes the procedures for
establishing and maintaining the Moab Teen Center Advisory Board; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the Advisory Board is no longer a necessary
component of the Moab Teen Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, WE the governing body of the City of Moab do hereby repeal
Chapter 2.90 of the Moab Municipal Code.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 9th DAY OF January, 2007.
