ORDINANCE NO. 11039
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS RECEIVED
FROM THE WEST MAIN STREET PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with the City of Jefferson
Housing Authority for the transfer of funds received from the
West Main Street project.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in
form and content as that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

Agreement made this (7 6day of &�, 1988, between
the City of Jefferson ("City") and the Jefferson City Housing

Authority ("Authority") . i
WHEREAS, the parties have previously, along with the State
of Missouri, entered into an Intergovernmental Cooperative
Agreement for improvement of West Main Street, dated October 6,
1987; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Authority wish to modify their
participation as described herein, which modifications shall
not affect the obligations of or to the State of Missouri.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. The Authority shall pay to the City, for use by the
® City in the improvements to West Main Street as set out in the
Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement, the additional sum of
Four Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($425,000.00) .
2. Within twenty (20) days after receipt of those funds
from the Authority, the City shall nay to the Authority the sum
of Four Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($425,000.00) .
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the duly authorized officials of the
parties have executed this Agreement on the day of
1988.
