AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE FAA GRANT
AGREEMENT FOR AIP PROJECT 3-29-0036-04.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute Amendment No. 1 to the FAA Grant Agreement for AIP
Project 3-29-0036-04.
Section 2. A copy of the amendment is attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and app oval.

AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NUMBER 3-29-0036-o4
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (Hereinafter referred to as the
"FAA") has determined it to be in the interest of the United States that the
Grant Agreement between the FAA, acting for and on behalf of the United States,
and THE CITY OF JEFFERSON (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor"), accepted
by said Sponsor on the 97TH day of SEPTEMBER, 1985, be amended as
hereinafter provided.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the FAA
on behalf of the United States, on the one part, and the Sponsor, on the other
part, do hereby mutually agree that the maximum amount of the obligation of the
United States as set forth in paragraph 1 of the terms and conditions of the
Grant Agreement between the United States and the Sponsor, accepted by said
Sponsor on the 9TH day of . SEPTEMBER , 1985 , relating to JEFFERSON CITY
MEMORIAL AIRPORT Project No. 3-29-0036-04 , is hereby increased from
202,280.00 to 209,740.14 which consist of:

$209,740.14 for development other than land
$ - 0 - for land acquisition
