AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
18-122 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY
PROHIBITING CERTAIN VEHICLES ON SATINWOOD DRIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 18-122 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the creation of a
subsection (b) to read as follows:
When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person
shall operate any vehicle with a gross weight of 18,000
pounds or more on Satinwood Drive.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
