AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF EL MERCADO DEVELOPMENT - SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, El Mercado, Inc. , David R. Goller, President , owner
of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the
City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows :
Part of the south half of Section 4 , Township 44 North,
Range 12 West , in the City of Jefferson, County of
Cole, Missouri, more particularly described as follows :
From the southeast corner of said Section 4 ; thence S
86° 19 ' 00" W, along the Section Line, 1788.03 feet to
the southeast corner of a tract described by Quit Claim
Deed of record in Book 240, Page 939 , Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence N 030 43 ' 31" W, along the
east line of said tract and along the east line of
another tract described by deed of record in Book 240,
Page 938, 700.95 feet to the northeast corner thereof;
thence S 860 14 ' 26" W, along the north line of said
tract , 692 .99 feet to the northeast corner of a 24 .72
acre tract described by deed of record in Book 231,
Page 918; thence S 85° 07 ' 05" W, along the north line
of said tract and along the north line of another tract
described by deed of record in Book 283, Page 551 ,
373. 12 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING for this
description; thence continuing S 850 07 ' 05" W, along
the north line of said tract in Book 283 , Page 551 , and
along the north line of another tract described by Quit
Claim Deed of record in Book 283 , Page 616, 430 .01 feet
to the southwest - corner of a tract described by deed of
record in Book 308, Page 562 ; thence N 030 55 ' 16" W,
along the west line of said tract in Book 308, Page
562 , 360. 77 feet to a south line of said tract; thence
S 860 12 ' 54" W, along the south line of said tract in
Book 308, Page 562 , 363 .00 feet to the southerly line
of West Truman Boulevard; thence along the southerly

easterly, on a curve to the right , having a radius of
601.62 feet , an arc distance of 130.20 feet; thence S
440 11 ' 31" E, 5.00 feet; thence easterly on a curve to
the right, having a radius of 596.62 feet , an arc
distance of 423.68 feet; thence N 860 29 ' 44" E, 84 . 18
feet; thence leaving the southerly line of said West
Truman Boulevard, S 030 55 ' 16" E, 522 . 00 feet to the
northeast corner of a tract described by deed of record
in Book 308, Page 066; thence S 85° 07 ' 05" W, along
the north line of said tract and along the north line
of another tract in Book 284 , Page 220, 350.00 feet to
the northwest corner thereof; thence S 03° 55 ' 16" E,
along the west line of said tract in Book 284 , Page
220 , 150 .00 feet to the southwest corner thereof;
thence N 85° 07 ' 05" E, along the south line of said
Alk tract in Book 284 , Page 220, and along the south line
of the aforesaid tract in Book 308, Page 066, 350. 00
feet; thence S 030 55' 16" E, 210.00 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING. Containing 9.20 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision
known and referred to as El Mercado Development - Section One,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445 , RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The plat of E1 Mercado Development - Section
One, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached
hereto and made a part of this ordinance , is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.

SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
