ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF OAK HILLS SUBDIVISION - SECTION 2 , A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Harold Krieger, Irene Krieger and Frances Riek,
owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted
to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows :
Part of the east half of the southeast quarter of
Section 14, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows :
From the southwest corner of the east half of the
southeast quarter of said Section 14 ; thence S 88° 59'
58" E, along the Section Line, 853 .16 feet to a point
® on the southerly extension of the easterly line of Lots
1 thru 10 of "Sunvalley Addition, Sheet No. 1" , as per
plat of record in Plat Book 6, Page 29, Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence N 13° 33' 56" E, along the
southerly extension of and along the easterly line of
Lots 1 thru 10 of said "Sunvalley Addition, Sheet No.
1" , 1280.42 feet to the northeasterly corner of said
Lot 10 of "Sunvalley Addition, Sheet No. 1" , and the
POINT OF BEGINNING for this description; thence
continuing N 130 33' 56" E, along the northerly
extension of the easterly line of said Lots 1 thru 10,
36.73 feet to a point on the southerly line of a 60
foot wide street known as Cedar Hills Road and
described by Conveyance of Right of Way Deed, in Book
191 , Page 729 , Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence N
47° 04 ' 05" W, along the southerly line of said Cedar
Hills Road, 308.58 feet ; thence S 67° 14 ' 42" W, 120.98
feet; thence S 100 22 ' 59" W, 80.46 feet; thence S 620
40' 25" E, 151 . 69 feet to a point on the westerly
extension of the northerly line of Lot 10 of the
aforesaid "Sunvalley Addition, Sheet No. 1" ; thence S
76° 26' 31" E, along the westerly extension of and
along the northerly line of said Lot 10, 214 . 60 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 0.97 of an acre.

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Oak Hills Subdivision - Section 2 , that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owners of said subdivision, and that
in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Oak Hills Subdivision - Section 2 ,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

STAFF REPORT
FINAL PLAT
RE: A request filed by Central Missouri Professional
Services on behalf of Harold and Irene Krieger and
Francis Riek for approval of a final plat of Oak Hills
Subdivision, Section 2.
This two-lot final plat is located at the southwest corner
of Overlook Drive and Cedar Hills Road. Curb and gutter is to be
installed in front of the lots. The plat meets the requirements
of the City Subdivision Regulations. It has been reviewed by the
Departments of Planning and Code Enforcement and Public Works.
The Jefferson City Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this
plat on June 9, 1988. By unanimous vote, the Commission
recommended that this plat be approved.
