ORDINANCE NO. 1&06 2-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE FROM THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR RAMPS DESIGNATED - 3 AND 4 AS PART
OF THE NEW MISSOURI RIVER BRIDGE PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized to purchase the real
estate hereinafter described from the Housing Authority for
right-of-way for ramps dissipated 3 and 4 as part of the New
Missouri River Bridge Project, and to execute any documents
necessary thereto, including any necessary easements and
contracts. The cost of obtaining the real property should not
exceed $91,000.00. The property to be purchased is described as
follows:
TRACT 1:
Part of Inlot 776, part of Inlot 777, and all of Inlot 778, all
1p of the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri; being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Southerly corner of said Inlot 778; thence
N47 033156"W along the Southwesterly Lines of Inlots 778, 777, and
776, 235. 15 feet to a point 71.33 feet left of Station 4+58. 19 of
Ramp 4 as per plans of Job No. 5-U-54-258B of the Missouri State
Highway Department; thence leaving the Southwesterly Line of said
Inlot 776 on a bearing of N59 042135"E and along the left or
Northerly Line of said Ramp 4, 74.45 feet to a point 70 feet left
of Station 5+33.30 of said Ramp 4; thence continuing along said
Northerly Line on a bearing of N59 045150"E, 51.57 feet to a point
63 feet left of Station 6+00 of said Ramp 4; thence continuing
along said Northerly Line on a bearing of N47 043145"E, 78.89 feet
to a Northeasterly Line of said Inlot 777; thence leaving said
Northerly Line on a bearing of S47 036120 11E and along the
Northeasterly Lines of said Inlot 777 and 778, 189.72 feet to the
most Easterly corner of said Inlot 778; thence S42 014114"W along
the Southeasterly Line of said Inlot 778, 199.01 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing in all, 41.228.67 square feet (0.947 acres) .
TRACT 2.
Part of Inlot 772, part of Inlot 773, and all of Inlot 774, all
of the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri; being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Southerly corner of said Inlot 774; thence
N47 036120 11W along the Southwesterly Lines of said Inlots 774 and
773, 196.45 feet to the left or Northerly Line of Ramp 4 as per
plans of Job No. 5-U-54-258B of the Missouri State Highway
Department; thence leaving The Southwesterly Line of said Inlot
773 on a bearing of N18 040119"E and along the said Northerly Line
of said Ramp 4, 67.13 feet to a point 40.00 feet left of Station
8+00 of said Ramp 4; thence continuing along said Northerly Line
on a bearing of N04 051113 11E, 89.43 feet to a point 25.00 feet
left of Station 9+00 of said Ramp 4; thence continuing along said
Northerly Line on a bearing of N13 028132 11W, 43.54 feet to the
Northwesterly Line of said Inlot 772; thence leaving the
Northerly Line of said Ramp 4 on a bearing of N42 009102"E and
along the Northwesterly Line of said Inlot 772, 41.99 feet to the
most Northerly corner of said Inlot 772; thence S47 038144"E along
the Northeasterly Lines of said Inlots 772, 773, and 774, 313.62
feet to the most Easterly corner of said Inlot 774; thence

follows:
From the most Easterly corner of said Inlot 775; thence
N47 036120 11W along the Northeasterly Line os said Inlot 775, 72.70
feet to a point 54.00 feet left of the center of Missouri
Boulevard as per plans of Job No. 5-U-54-258B of the Missouri
State Highway Department, the POINT OF BEGINNING for this
description; thence continuing N47 036120 11W along the
Northeasterly Line of said Inlot 775, 14.10 feet to the Southerly
Line of said Missouri Boulevard on a curve to the right having a
radius of 539.06 feet, a distance of 120.60 feet (Chord Bearing =
S55 039145"W, Chord = 120.35 feet); thence Southwesterly on a
curve to the left having a radius of 68.00 feet, a distance of
94.55 feet (Chord Bearing - S21 052143 11W, Chord = 87.12 feet) to

point 40.26 feet left of Station 1+43.65 of Dunklin Street as per
the aforementioned plans; thence leaving the Southwesterly Line

point 76.00 feet left of Station 15+40 of Missouri Boulevard;
thence N38 014147 11E, 50.32 feet to a point 54.00 feet left of
Station 15+00 Of Missouri Boulevard; thence Northeasterly on a
curve to the left having a radius of 553.06 feet, a distance of
123.27 feet (Chord Bearing - N55 027151 11E, Chord - 123.02 feet) to

feet; thence leaving the Northwesterly Line of said Inlot 779 on
a bearing of S76 037115"E, 4.00 feet; thence S32 030'36"W, 77.12
feet to the Southwesterly Line of said Inlot 779; thence
N47 032108"W along the Southwesterly Line of said Inlot 779, 16.53
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
